What is an EA Cash Card?
An EA Cash Card is similar to a gift card. It can be redeemed at participating sites like www.eastore.com to fund your EA Account Balance. Once you've funded your EA Account Balance you can use it like cash to pay for items in an EA store. -
How do I see my EA Account balance?
Once you've funded your EA Account Balance by redeeming an EA Cash Card, you can view your EA Account balance by logging into www.eastore.com and viewing it at the top of the screen. -
How do I redeem my EA Cash Card?
At participating sites such as www.eastore.com and www.thesims.com/redeem , look for the 'Redeem EA Cash Card' link. You can also visit www.eacashcard.com for more info on other participating sites. -
Do I have to use my EA Account balance prior to paying with my credit card?
Yes. Your EA Account Balance is always consumed first before any other payments are required. For example, if you want to make a purchase of a game or product for $20 and you have $50 in your EA Account Balance, your EA Account Balance will be deducted automatically. If you want to make a purchase of a game or product for $50 and you have $20 in your EA Account Balance, your $20 will be used first and you will be prompted to provide a credit card for the remaining balance. -
Can I pay with my remaining balance using PayPal or ClickandBuy?
No. At present time, credit card is the only additional form of payment when used in combination with an EA Account Balance. -
Can I use an EA Cash Card at an EA Store outside of the U.S. or Canada?
No. The EA Cash Card can only be redeemed at an EA Store for billing addresses in the U.S. and Canada at this time. -
Can I use more than one EA Cash Card?
